6 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 Tsp baking powder
1 1/2 Tsp salt
1/2 Cup oil
2 eggs, beaten
2 1/2 cups warm water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together using 2 cups of water at first and only use other 1/2 cup if necessary. Knead well and let sit for 15 minutes. Roll out thin, cut into squares, fill with filling, fold over and pinch closed. Cook in boiling water and 1 Tbsp of oil. Do not over fill the pot, they must come to the top and boil for about 4 minutes. Remove and add a little melted butter to keep them from sticking together.

Filling Options:
1.Potatoes, cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, onions, salt & pepper
2.Cottage cheese, dill, 1 egg, salt & pepper
3.Potatoes, cheddar cheese, salt & pepper
4.Mushrooms, fried onions, salt & pepper
5. Sauerkraut and cooked bacon pieces, salt & pepper

Topping:
In frying pan melt 1 cup butter, 1/4 cup oil. Cut up about 3-4 large onions, 1 pkg of bacon. Cook until onions are light brown in color.
