2 1/3 c. flour
2 c. old fashioned oats
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. butter, melted
2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. caramel ice cream topping

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 2 cups of flour, oats, brown sugar, baking soda and salt in a large bowl. Stir in butter. Save one cup; press remaining mixture into ungreased 9 x 13 pan. Bake in preheated oven 350º F for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with morsels and walnuts. Combine caramel topping and remaining 1/3 c. of flour, drizzle over base. Sprinkle with the saved crumb mixture. Bake at 350º for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
