1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup buttermilk
1 1/2 tbsp white vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
2 bags coleslaw mix or 2 carrots grated and 1 head cabbage, chopped

Make sauce, pour over cabbage and mix. Chill. You might not think there is enough sauce, but there will be after chilling for an hour.
