6 boneless chicken breasts
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
butter or margarine
1 cup water
1 cube chicken bouillon
2 lemons

Directions:
Directions:
Wash chicken breasts, paper towel dry, pound to 1/8-inch thickness. Coat chicken with flour, season with salt & pepper. Reserve remaining flour mixture. Cook chicken pieces in butter, over medium-high heat until lightly browned. Remove. Reduce heat to low; add water, bouillon and juice of 1 lemon into pan drippings. Mix well. Return chicken to skillet, top each piece with thin lemon slice. Cover, simmer 5 minutes or until chicken is fork tender. Gravy may be thickened with cornstarch.
