Crust:
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. nuts
3/4 c. margarine

First Layer:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powder sugar
1/3 pkg. large cool whip

Second Layer:
2 large pkg. instant pudding mix
4 1/2 c. cold milk

Directions:
Directions:
For crust, mix until crumbly and pat into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Cool. For the first layer, mix together and put on top of crust.
For the second layer, spread cool whip on top of pudding layer sprinkle with chopped nuts.
