4 oz. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. milk
1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip thawed, divided
1 prepared chocolate flavor crumb crust
2 c. cold milk
2 pkg. (4 serving each) Jello-Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding and Pie Filling

Beat cream cheese, sugar, and 1 Tbsp. of milk in large bowl until smooth. Gently stir 1/2 of the whipped topping in. Spread on the bottom of crust. Pour 2 cups of cold milk into large bowl. Add pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes (mixture will be thick). Pour cream cheese layer. Refrigerate 4 hours or until set. Just before serving spread remaining whipped topping over pudding layer. Garnish with shaved chocolate.
