1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 squares unsweetened baking chocolate, melted
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil, chocolate and sugar. Blend in one egg at a time until well mixed. Add vanilla. Add sifted flour, combined with baking powder and salt. Stir into chocolate mixture. Chill several hours or overnight.

Heat oven to 350º. Drop teaspoons of dough into powdered sugar; roll and shape into balls. Place 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes. Do not overbake.
