2 13 oz cans artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
1 c sour cream
1 1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese
salt/pepper

Mix together and bake in a greased casserole dish at 350 for 30 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
