½ stick butter
1 ½ c. sugar
4 eggs
Juice of 2 lemons
1 scant tsp. corn meal

Directions:
Work butter and sugar together Break eggs into butter & sugar mixture. Stir until well mixed. Add lemon juice & cornmeal. Bake in a rich pie shell for 350ºF for 35 min.
