1 small pkg strawberry sugar-free jell-o
1 small pkg. Sugar-free vanilla cook-n-serve pudding
2 c. cold water
1 qt. strawberries, cleaned and cut
Directions:
Directions:
Place strawberries in a pie plate. Whisk pudding mix into cold water. Heat over medium-high heat until thickened and boiling. Add strawberry jello, mix well. Pour thickened liquid over the strawberries. Chill. Serve with fat-free Cool Whip.
