6 eggs
1/2 cup water
Beat together
Add:
4 cup milk
1 1/2 cup flour
Beat well - batter will be thin
4-5 cup dry cottage cheese
1 Tsp salt
2 eggs well beaten
Mix together well
Directions:
Directions:
Fry small pancakes in skillet using Pam in pan. On each pancake place a Tsp full of cottage cheese. Roll up and place in greased casserole dish.
Continue until all are done. Pour 1/2 cup sweet cream over rolls. Cover and Bake at 325ºF for 3/4 - 1 hour until bubbly. Let stand a few minutes before serving.
