2 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
2 large eggs
4 T> butter, melted
2 cups chopped cranberries
3/4 cups chopped walnuts

Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 375.

Grease and flour a 9x5 metal loaf pan.

Grate peel from the orange and squeeze out a 1/2 cup of juice.

In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients.

In a small bowl, with a wire whisk, beat eggs, butter, orange peel and juice.

Add to dry ingredients and stir until batter is just blended, ( batter will be stiff ). Fold in cranberries and walnuts.

Bake 55 to 60 minutes.,Bake until a inserted toothpick in center of bread, comes out clean.

Remove from pan and cool.
