2 T. spoons butter
1 1/2 cups shredded coconut

1 large package instant vanilla pudding

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300

On the bottom and sides of your 9 " pie pan, spread the butter. Pat the coconut into the butter, on bottom and sides

Bake until golden brown (15 minutes) Cool

Prepare pudding as directed for pies and pour into cooled shell, refrigerate

This is also good with a garnish of drained crushed pineapple...and whip cream.
