1 13 oz. can evaporated milk
1 1/2 lb 93% lean ground beef
1 1/2 lb Original Farmland pork sausage
2 cups quick oatmeal
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
3 eggs
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. chili powder

Sauce:
2 cups catsup
2 tbsp. liquid smoke
2 cups brown sugar
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 cup chopped or minced onion

Directions:

Meatballs:
Mix well and shape into balls the size of walnuts. Place balls in a flat pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray only 1 layer deep in each pan. Prepare the sauce next.

Sauce:
Mix all ingredients together until dissolved.

You may pour sauce over meatballs and bake at 350º for 1 hour or you may bake the meatballs without the sauce in the oven for 1/2 hour and then put them in a crock pot and cover with sauce. Cook on low.
