Ingredients:  
2 c. flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs (add one at a time)
2 c. finely grated carrots

Frosting:
1/2 c. butter
1 pkg. (8oz.) cream cheese
1 box powder sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine oil, sugar and eggs. Gradually add dry ingredients. Add grated carrots. Bake at 350º.for 50 - 60 minutes. Cool prior to frosting.
Frosting: Beat until light, butter and cream cheese. Add powder sugar, mix well. Now add vanilla and walnuts. Mix well and spread on cooled cake.
