Mississippi Mud Cake Recipe

2 sticks margarine
2 cups sugar
2 T. cocoa
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/3 c. coconut
1 c. nuts
Dash of salt
Top with:
1 pint marshmallow cream
Icing:
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 c. milnot
1 stick margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
2 T. cocoa

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together margarine, sugar and cocoa. Add eggs (beaten well) and vanilla. Add flour, coconut, nuts and salt. Bake at 350 º in 9 x 13 cake pan for 30 - 40 minutes.
Remove from oven and while cake is still hot spread 1 pint marshmallow cream over top. Icing, mix well, powdered sugar, Milnot, margarine, vanilla & cocoa. Spread over top of marshmallow cream, lightly.
