1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. Zesty Italian dressing
small amount of chopped onion
2 tsp. taco seasoning - I use Taco Bell
2 c. salsa - I use Pace Picante medium
1 can black beans (drained & rinsed)
6 - 8" flour tortillas
1 c. sour cream
2 c. shredded Mexican cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat with onion. Add salsa, beans, dressing & seasoning. Arrange 3 tortillas in single layer on bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Cover with 1/2 sour cream, meat mixture & cheese. Repeat layer. Cover with foil. Bake uncovered 30 minutes. Remove foil. Bake 10 min. or until cheese browns. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting to serve.
