¾ c. Sugar
1½ c. Bananas, mashed (3 large)
¾ c. Vegetable Oil
2 Eggs
2 c. all-purpose White Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
2 tsp. Vanilla
½ tsp. Baking Powder
½ tsp. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, bananas, oil and eggs.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour batter into greased loaf pan (9x5x3 or 8½x4½x2½)
Bake at 325º for 60 - 70 minutes until a wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Let cool 10 minutes.
Loosen sides of loaf from pan and remove from pan. Let cool completely before slicing.
