2 (1 oz.) squares Unsweetened Chocolate
½ c. butter
2 Eggs, beaten
¾ c. Sugar
1 c. White Flour
1 tsp. Vanilla
Whole Pecans
Chocolate Frosting

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate and butter together. Let cool.
Beat 2 eggs and add to the chocolate mixture along with the sugar. Fold in flour. Add vanilla.
Preheat waffle iron. Drop a tbsp. of dough for each cookie on the waffle iron grill. Close lid and cook for 50 seconds. Remove from grill and let cool.
Frost with your favorite Chocolate Frosting and place a pecan top center of the cookie.
