1 lb. Ground Beef
¼ tsp. Salt
½ c. Onion, chopped
4 c. Celery (15 oz.), sliced thin
1 (10 oz.) can Campbell's Condensed Chicken Broth or Beef Consomme
1 cup of water
¼ c. La Choy Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Molasses
1 (8 oz.) can Water Chestnuts, drained and chopped
1 (6 oz.) jar sliced Mushrooms, drained
2 c. Fresh Bean Sprouts
3 Tbsp. Cornstarch
¼ c. Cold Water
Crunchy Chow Mein Noodles and cooked White Rice

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef seasoned with salt. Drain excess fat.
Add onion and celery. Stir until slightly cooked.
Mix in condensed soup, water, soy sauce, molasses, water chestnuts, mushrooms, and bean sprouts.

COVER and cook on medium for 45 min. until veggies are soft.

Mix cornstarch and water together.
Add cornstarch mixture to boiling chow mein to reach the desired consistency. Cook another 5 minutes until thick. (If too thick, add a little more water)

Serve with chow mein noodles and cooked white rice.
