Crust:
11 Full Graham Crackers (or 22 Halves) crushed
½ c. Brown Sugar
½ c. Butter, melted

Cheesecake:
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cream Cheese, softened
½ c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 can Blueberry Pie Filling

Directions:
Directions:
Mix graham crackers, sugar and butter. Pat into a 7x11 pan and bake at 350º for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Add 2 eggs, beat well. Pour mixture on crust.
Bake at 375º for 15 -20 minutes, let cool then spread 1 can of blueberry pie filling on top. Chill in refrigerator.
