2 skinned Chicken Breasts cooked
1 bunch of Green Onion tops sliced
1/2 large Green Pepper diced
1 pkg Cream Cheese
1/2 carton or 4 oz of Sour Cream
Corn Chips
Shredded Cheese
Salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Shred cooked chicken. Heat oven to 325º. Using a blender mix shredded chicken, green onions, green pepper, cream cheese and sour cream. Grease baking dish with margarine. Add 1/2 of the chicken mixture, layer with corn chips, the remaining 1/2 of the chicken mixture, and another layer of Corn Chips. Top with shredded cheese. Bake 25 mins or until cheese is melted. Serve with salsa.
