1 lb. ground beef
4 c. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 c. beef gravy
1 c. shredded cheddar, divided
4 oz. cream cheese
2 c. mashed potatoes
2 cloves garlic, minced
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Brown meat and drain. Mix potatoes, cream cheese, 1/2 c. of the shredded cheese and the garlic until well blended. Stir vegetables and gravy into meat. Spoon into 9 in. square baking dish. Cover with potato mixture and sprinkle with remaining 1/2 c. shredded cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until heated through. Makes 6 servings.
