2 cans black beans
1-2 c. frozen corn
2 c. salsa, divided
4-5 chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together beans, corn, and 1 c. salsa. Pour in crock pot and top with chicken breasts. Top with remaining salsa. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Remove chicken, shred, and return to crock pot. Serve on tortillas with cheese and sour cream. This is also good over rice.

I often add Tastefully Simple's Fiesta Party Mix seasoning to give it a little kick. My boys love these!
