4 c. apples, sliced
1 1/3 Tbsp. flour

1 Tbsp, butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Make the pie crust per instructions. (*See recipe in this cookbook). Use a little more than half to line the bottom and sides of a jelly roll pan. Slice the apples and add cinnamon, sugar and flour. Flatten out the rest of the dough and piece onto top of apple filling. Seal edges, make small slits in crust with knife here and there. Bake @400º for 30 minutes or until bubbly. While still warm, frost with powdered sugar frosting.

Personal Notes:
This is a great recipe to serve at bunch. Easier than a pie too. You can roll out the dough if you want, but I just flatten it and spread in pan - so much easier.
