1 cup flour
2 T. cornstarch
1/2 cup confectioners sugar
1 cup butter, softened

1/13 cups Flaked coconut

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine flour, cornstarch and sugar; add in butter; stirring until a soft dough forms. Shape into 3/4" balls. Roll in coconut.

Place 1/1/2 inches apart on a ungreased cookie sheet (or use parchment paper). Bake at 300 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until light brown.
