1 boneless rolled pork loin (2 1/2 - 3 lb.)
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1 can (16 oz.) whole berry cranberry sauce
1/4 c. honey
1 t. grated orange peel
1/8 t. ground cloves
1/8 t. nutmeg

Directions:
Cut roast in 1/2 - put in slow cooker; add salt and pepper. Combine remaining ingredients, pour over roast. Cover and cook on low 4-5 hours or until meat thermometer reads 160º. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
