1 box confectioners' sugar
3 egg whites
Coconut
Maraschino cherries
2 t. vanilla
Walnuts or pecans
Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix egg whites with confectioners sugar. Add coconut, vanilla, walnuts or pecans (to taste). Mix cherries in last. Add milk one t. at a time until consistency is correct for easter eggs. Form in medium sized eggs. Put in refrigerator. When solid, dip in melted unsweetened chocolate. (Eggs are so rich - only unsweetened chocolate can be used!!)
