Directions:
Directions:
1 tall 8 oz glass (no short glasses)
Fill glass with ice cubes to top
2 full jiggers/shot glasses (filled to brim) with Old Fitzgerald Kentucky Bourbon (acceptable substitutes are Pim's #1, Jack Daniels (Black Label). At this point, glass is 40% full.

Fill remaining glass with half sweet soda (7-Up/Sprite/Ginger Ale) and half club soda (preferably Schweppes brand).

Pour the club soda and sweet soda from a height of at least 6 inches from the glass to create a small foam on the top of the drink. Stir with a kitchen teaspoon.

Taste the foam only by placing glass across the lips and rapidly open & close the lips to confirm desired taste.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Julie: This was Mom & Daddy's favorite drink. They traveled with the ingredients so as to never be caught without it! Ron claims that a lemon rind rubbed around the top edge of the glass was used, but that is not confirmed by any of the daughters. No doubt it's quite tasty. Bartenders never seem to know how to make this drink--sometimes if you order it as "Jack Daniel Pres" you can get one.
