3 tbsp. seasoned dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg white
1 tsp. reduced fat milk
2 small zucchini (4oz. each), cut lengthwise into quarters
1/3 c. spaghetti sauce, warmed
non-stick olive oil cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Spray baking sheet. Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese in dish. Combine egg white and milk in another dish; beat with a fork until well blended. Dip each zucchini wedge first into crumb mixture, then into egg white mixture. Roll again into crumb mixture. Place zucchini quarters on sheet; coat well with cooking spray. Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with spaghetti sauce.
