3/4 cup wheat kernels
1 cup milk (substitute 1 cup water + 1/3 cup milk powder)
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil

Directions:
Directions:
Put milk and wheat in blender starting on low and progress to high. Blend for 4 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and blend until mixed. Cook in the usual manner.

No Eggs, No Sugar Variation - Substitute eggs, milk, sugar, and baking powder to 2 tbsp flax seeds, 1 1/2 cup milk, 6 drops stevia liquid, 1 1/2 tsp baking powder.
