8 oz. cream cheese
(room temperature)
1 cup white sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 pint whipping cream
1 pkg. lemon jello
1/2 cup hot water

Graham Crust
1 1/4 cup graham crackers
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
Directions:
Directions:
Mix jello with hot water--cool.
Cream cheese with sugar and vanilla.
Add jello.
Whip cream and fold into mixture. Crust: Combine graham crackers,sugar and butter. Leaving 1/4 cup for topping press remainer of crumb mixture into a pan and bake for about 6 minutes. Cool. Top with jello and cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining 1/4 cup of crumbs. Chill.
