2 c fire roasted salsa
1/2 c chunky peanut butter
1/4 c each honey and orange juice
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp ground ginger
12 oz fettuccine, cooked according to directions and drained
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 T oil

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan, combine salsa, peanut butter, honey, orange juice, soy sauce and ginger. Cook and stir over low heat until blended and smooth.
Heat oil in a large skillet and cook chicken until browned and cooked completely through, 5 to 10 minutes. Spoon sauce over chicken and serve over the fettuccine.
