Ingredients:  
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup butter
2 tbsp corn syrup
4 cups apples peeled and sliced
2 tbsp flour
4 eggs
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
8 slices bread (texas toast)

Directions:
Directions:
Microwave sugar, butter and corn syrup for 2 1/2 minutes. Pour into ungreased 9x13 pan. Place sliced apples on syrup, sprinkle with flour. Mix eggs, milk and vanilla. Soak bread in mixture then place on top of apples. Refrigerate overnight. 30 minutes before baking, remove from fridge. Bake at 350º for 35-40 minutes.
