2 c shredded zucchini
3 eggs
2 1/4 c sugar
1 c oil
3 tsp vanilla
3 c flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
3 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 c nuts chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, add oil, sugar and zucchini. Then add rest of ingredient's. and mix well.
Pour into greased loaf pans
Bake 350 º for 1 hour.
