12 oz milk chocolate, semisweet, or sweet cooking chocolate
3/4 cup light cream
1-2 tbsp water
dippers of your choice(strawberries, pineapple, banana, marshmallows, angel food cake, pound cake)

Directions:
Directions:
In a heavy saucepan, heat chocolate and cream over low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat; stir in water. Pour into fondue pot or chafing dish to keep warm. Select your choice of dippers and place on dessert plate; use a long handle to dip each into chocolate mixture.
