1 1/2 # cooked, shredded chicken
1 15 oz can diced tomatoes
1 14 oz can green chile enchilda sauce
2 4 oz cans diced green chiles
1 15 oz can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
1 medium chopped onion
2 T minced garlic
2 c water
1 15 oz can chicken broth
2 tsp each: cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper
1 15 oz can corn, drained
2 T cilantro, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except cilantro in crock pot. Cover and cook for 6-8 hours. Top with cilantro and can also serve with shredded cheese, sour cream, avocado and tortilla chips.
