2 cup white sauce
2 cup crabmeat
1 pimento, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
For the white sauce: Melt 2 Tablespoons butter in pan. Add 3 Tablespoons flour, stirring until light brown. Slowly add milk until the mixture becomes somewhat thick. Season with salt, pepper and parsley.

Saute green pepper and onion in butter, then add remaining ingredients to the white sauce. Put in casserole and bake 350 oven for 30 minutes.

What I remember about this recipe is that every time the Allens would have their annual Christmas party, Patty would serve this with assorted crackers and chips. Yummy!
