2 cups Bisquick mix (follow pancake recipe)
1 cup milk
1-2 egg(s)
2 zucchini grated
1 cup cheddar cheese grated

Mix ingredients well. Heat griddle with 1 tbsp. vegetable oil per three-four cakes. Turn down heat a notch as you go to prevent over-browning. Add a side of lettuce, tomatoes and cottage cheese. Drizzle all with Ranch dressing.
