1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) package chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 box dark chocolate cake mix
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, egg, and sugar with a fork. Add chocolate chips and nuts; set aside. Preheat oven to 350º. Mix cake as directed on package. Use paper liners in muffin pan. Fill liners 1/3 to 1/2 full of chocolate cake batter. Top each cupcake with 1 T. of the cream cheese mixture. Bake as directed on cake mix package. Makes about 30-36 cupcakes.
