Doughnut ingredients
2 1/2 cups bread flour,
1/4 cup sugar,
1/2 teaspoon salt,
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg,
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon,
3 tablespoons melted butter,
1 egg,
3/4 cup milk,
2 tablespoons warm water,
1 package yeast,
Frying oil

Glaze 1 2/3 cup confectionery sugar
1/4 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix warm water, yeast,sugar, and salt together.
Let set a few minutes.
Add remaining doughnut ingredients.
Mix well.
Allow to rise.
Punch down and allow to rise again.
Roll dough out to 1/3 inch thickness.
Cut with doughnut cutter.
Fry in hot oil till lightly golden.

Mix glaze.
Dip cooked hot doughnuts in glaze.
Place on cooling rake over sink.
Allow to drip as the glaze hardens
