2 medium cabbages,
8 medium carrots,
8 red or green peppers,
12 medium onions,
1/2 cup salt,
3 pints vinegar,
6 cups sugar,
mustard seed,
1 teaspoon celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Remove seeds of peppers
Chop cabbage, carrots, peppers, onions.
Add salt.
Let stand for 2 hours.
Drain and mix with vinegar, sugar mustard see and celery seed.
Heat to boiling , place in canning jars and seal.
I use food chopper for all except cabbage, that I chop in a tray.
