1/2 c margarine
1/4 c sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 lg egg separated
1 c flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/1/4 c finely chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together butter and sugar...then add vanilla and egg yolk.

Mix together flour and salt and then add.

Refrigerate 1 hour.

Form 1" balls, roll in beaten egg white and then in nuts. Push in middle with thumb and fill with fruit.

Bake 325º approximately 15 mins
