2 cans sauerkraut
1/3 cup water
1 cup diced celery
2/3 cup vinegar
1 cup diced green pepper
1/3 cup oil
1/2 cup diced pimento
1 1/4 cup splenda
1 cup chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients and mix well. Heat water, vinegar, oil, and splenda until dissolved. Pour over kraut mixture and mix well. Chill. Keeps well in refrigerator.
