Ingredients:
3 Eggs
6 Tbsp. Milk
Salt & Pepper
Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs with a fork until they are well blended. Add salt, pepper and milk. Beat with fork until again well blended. Start adding flour (maybe a 1/2 c. at a time) then stir until all is mixed. Continue adding flour & stirring until mixture becomes a thick gooy mess. Then flour a countertop and divide dough in half. Knead dough in flour on counter until it becomes easy to handle. Flour a rolling pin and roll out dough to a fairly thing round shape. Do other half same way. Let dry for 1 hr. and turn over. Rub some flour on top if mixture is doughy. Let it set for 1 hr. Then I cut into about 3" strips and each strip into 3 pcs. Stack them on top of each other making 2 stacks. With a sharp knife cut stacks into noodles. I cut fairly thin, but if you like thick noodles you can cut wider. As you cut the noodles spread them out into the flour on the counter and let them dry for about 4-5 hrs. Then you clean up your mess. These can be frozen for up to 6 months in a ziploc bag.

Personal Notes:
Some people roll up the rounds and then slice off into noodles. I prefer shorter noodles, but whatever makes you happy.
