1-1/2 Lb. Tenderized Round Steak
Flour
Salt & Pepper
1 Small Can Mushroom Pcs. (undrained)
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
Vegetable Oil
Water

Directions:
I like to do this in an electric skillet. Pour in some vegetable oil to coat bottom. Heat skillet to 375. . Cut meat into individual pcs and dredge in flour on both sides and brown in skillet. Salt & Pepper meat. Turn temperature down to simmer and add about a cup of water and simmer for about 45 mins turning 2-3 times. Add water if needed. Add mushrooms and mushroom soup and stir until soup is dissolved into a creamy mixture. Can add more water if needed. Simmer for about 30 mins.
