Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) pkg Cream Cheese (Low-Fat Varieties are OK)
3/4 cup finely chopped walnuts or pecans
2 (4 ounce) packages cherry flavored Jello (Sugar-free is OK)
2 (16 ounce) cans Pitted Bing Cherries (Reserve Syrup)
2 cups Hot Water
1 3/4 cups Cold Liquid (Syrup from cherries plus cold water)
2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice

Directions:
Directions:
Roll cream cheese into 1/2 inch diameter balls (about 32). Roll in nuts and refrigerate.
Dissolve cherry Jello in hot water. Add cherry liquid, cold water and lemon juice. Refrigerate until syrupy. Fold cherries and cheese balls into jello. At this point, the jello can be put into a 2 quart mold, individual molds or a serving dish. Because the salad is so pretty, I like to put it into a clear glass serving bowl. 10 servings.
