4 cups Cubed, Cooked Chicken
2 (28 ounce) cans Green Chile Enchilada Sauce
2 (15 or 19 ounce) cans Black Beans, Drained and Rinsed
2 1/2 Cups Frozen Corn
2 cups Chopped Onions
4 Garlic Cloves, Minced
2 Tbsp. Chopped Fresh Cilantro (Optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in Dutch oven or large saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes. 10 servings.
