1 lb cavatelli shell pasta
3 cups mushrooms sliced
5-6 fresh med tomatoes
1/2 lb butter
1/2 qt. half and half
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 Tablespoons fresh parsley
2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Cook pasta. Add all the ingredients except cheese in large skillet with cooked pasta. Cook on high heat until it boils stirring slowly. Lower heat to medium and simmer until mixture thickens. Remove from stove and slowly add cheese until sauce clings to pasta, then it's ready to be served.
