1 lb. Ground Beef (season with salt & pepper)
1 medium Onion
1 c. Celery, chopped
½ c. Long Grain White Rice, uncooked
1 can Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 cup of Water
2 or 3 tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 c. Chow Mein Noodles on top (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef with onion.
Add to casserole dish and stir in remaining ingredients.
COVER and Bake at 350º for 1 hr then the last ½ hour sprinkle 1 c. of chow mein noodles on top. Bake uncovered another ½ hour and check to be sure rice is fully cooked.
LET COOL BEFORE SERVING 15 MIN.
